Now you can remember John by owning and wearing his 1979 Mayfair eyeglasses, typically referred to as ‘John Lennon Mayfairs’. Mayfairs are prescription ready frames that allow the option to have your own prescription lenses fitted, or just make great sunglasses as they are (UV400 colored lenses fitted as standard). Made from cellulose acetate, the material of choice for quality eyewear (no polycarbonate frames here!), Mayfair frames are available in choice of Honey-Orange or Clear frame and are equipped with stainless steel barrel hinges, and reinforced wire core side temple arms, that make a strong and robust product which will last many years.
Each pair is fitted with non-prescription UV400 sunglass lenses which are available in a choice of two different colors. The frames are comfortable stylish and sturdy, and come with a quality protective carrying case and microfibre cleaning cloth.
